The MultiService Association's Code of Practice for Customer Care guarantees that you'll always get a Fair Deal from our members.
OUR Code clearly outlines legal rights and responsibilities and, in the unlikely event of a disagreement, provides a simple arbitration system to resolve problems.
The Code was written to comply with guidelines produced by the Government's Office of Fair Trading and helps to ensure that our members will always make that extra effort
to give first class service to their customers.
Our Code of Practice covers all products and services supplied by our members, with the exception of Dry Cleaning, as the Dry Cleaning industry has it's own Code of Practice.
